Man Of God Prophet S.s.Rolinga Was Been Born At Singida In Manyoni Region at Tanzania. He is the Second Child Of Mr and Mrs Samson Rolinga. Whereby His Parents Was Working At That Time And Later on The Man Of God Prophet S.s.Rolinga and his Family They Went Back To Msagari Village Which is in Mpwampwa Region In Dodoma Tanzania. But When He Was 5 Years Old His Mother's Sibilings Came To Take Him and his Mother to Stay in Bukoba Also In Tanzania In The Region Of Kagera Town. Whereby He Started His Life There And Completed His Education In Kagera.
